The Cluster Sensorik/Strategische Partnerschaft Sensorik e.V. (SPS) is a key enabler for smart, sustainable sensor technologies and trustworthy electronic systems. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and cross-cluster projects, it unlocks the potential of sensor technology across different industries. As the voice of the Bavarian sensor ecosystem, it presents innovative technological solutions worldwide, thereby strengthening Bavaria’s position as a center for sensor technology.

The 20-member team combines in-depth expertise in sensor technologies, methodological competence, and many years of experience in transformation processes and the design of new qualification programs. Through practical seminars and workshops, as well as tailored R&D offerings, we support companies of all sizes—especially SMEs—in increasing their resilience and competitiveness. With an annual turnover of two million euros, 250 initiated innovation projects, and 60 million euros in generated funding volume, the supporting association Strategische Partnerschaft Sensorik e.V. (SPS) has achieved lasting success as a catalyst for Bavaria’s innovation landscape.
